1. About The Service
Sonic Mentorship operates “The Complete Dancefloor Energy System,” an online membership community for psytrance music producers. The service is hosted on the Skool platform and includes access to training materials, video content, downloadable resources, weekly group mentorship calls, call recordings, and a private community forum.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By joining, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Membership and Pricing
- The membership is offered at $17 per month
- Payment is processed through the Skool platform via Stripe
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
- Prices may change with reasonable notice to existing members; founding members retain their original rate
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your membership at any time from your Skool account settings
- If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund of your first month by contacting contact@sonicmentorship.com
- After 30 days, payments are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
4a. Digital Products — Refund Policy
- One-time digital products (including the Dancefloor Energy Blueprint, sample packs, ebooks, and diagnostic tools) are delivered electronically and available for immediate download upon purchase.
- We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on digital products. If you genuinely applied the framework and it did not deliver value, contact contact@sonicmentorship.com within 30 days with a brief description of what you tried and what did not work, and we will process your refund.
- Refund requests must include a reason. We ask for context so we can keep improving — not to make the process difficult.
- Refund requests from customers who have downloaded and consumed the digital content without providing any context for dissatisfaction are subject to review and may be declined.
- As digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed, we reserve the right to deny refund requests where our records indicate the content was fully delivered, opened, and downloaded.
5. Premium Services
- Optional paid services (Producer Clarity Call, Deep Dive Track Breakdown) are available to eligible members at additional cost
- These services are non-refundable once delivered
- Availability is subject to schedule and capacity
6. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, videos, frameworks, guides, and content provided through the membership are owned by Symbiosis E-com OÜ
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own music production development
- You may not redistribute, resell, share access credentials, screen-record calls for distribution, or reproduce any content without written permission
7. Community Guidelines
By participating in the community, you agree to:
- Treat all members and staff with respect
- Not share harmful, hateful, or inappropriate content
- Not spam or promote unrelated products/services
- Not share your login credentials with others
- Engage constructively in discussions and feedback
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.
8. Disclaimer
- Sonic Mentorship provides educational resources for music producers
- We do not guarantee any specific results including record deals, label releases, festival bookings, income, or career outcomes
- Results depend on individual effort, skill level, creativity, and many external factors beyond our control
- Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symbiosis E-com OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in membership fees during the 3 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to your rights under local consumer protection laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or community announcement. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
