1. About The Service

Sonic Mentorship operates “The Complete Dancefloor Energy System,” an online membership community for psytrance music producers. The service is hosted on the Skool platform and includes access to training materials, video content, downloadable resources, weekly group mentorship calls, call recordings, and a private community forum.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By joining, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Membership and Pricing

The membership is offered at $17 per month
Payment is processed through the Skool platform via Stripe
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
Prices may change with reasonable notice to existing members; founding members retain their original rate

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time from your Skool account settings
If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, you may request a refund of your first month by contacting contact@sonicmentorship.com with a brief reason. First-month refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion and may be declined where our records show substantial use of the community, mentorship calls, or downloadable materials.
After 30 days, payments are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of your current billing period
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

4a. Digital Products — Refund Policy

One-time digital products (including the Dancefloor Energy Blueprint, sample packs, ebooks, and diagnostic tools) are delivered electronically and available for immediate download the moment your order is placed.
Consent to immediate delivery. Because these products are supplied instantly, by completing your purchase you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once download or access has begun, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that would otherwise apply to distance contracts under EU/EEA and UK consumer law.
Optional add-ons. Any optional items you add at checkout (for example additional ebooks or bundles) are shown as separate line items with their individual prices, and your full order total is displayed before payment is taken. Add-ons are never pre-selected and are only charged when you choose to add them. All add-ons are subject to this same digital-products refund policy.
Conditional 30-day satisfaction guarantee. As a courtesy that goes beyond your statutory rights, we offer a limited 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This is not a "no questions asked" or automatic refund. To be eligible you must, within 30 days of purchase: (a) contact contact@sonicmentorship.com; (b) give a genuine reason describing what you applied from the material and the specific result that fell short; and (c) not have downloaded and fully consumed the content without providing that context.
Consumed content. Where our delivery and engagement records show the content was delivered, opened, and downloaded, the product is considered used and non-returnable, and the refund request may be declined. Digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed.
Payment disputes. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first — or after the content has already been accessed — is a breach of these terms. We keep complete delivery, open, and download records and will submit them to contest illegitimate disputes.
All refund decisions are made at our reasonable discretion in line with this policy.

5. Premium Services

Optional paid services (Producer Clarity Call, Deep Dive Track Breakdown) are available to eligible members at additional cost
These services are non-refundable once delivered
Availability is subject to schedule and capacity

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, frameworks, guides, and content provided through the membership are owned by Symbiosis E-com OÜ
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own music production development
You may not redistribute, resell, share access credentials, screen-record calls for distribution, or reproduce any content without written permission

7. Community Guidelines

By participating in the community, you agree to:

Treat all members and staff with respect
Not share harmful, hateful, or inappropriate content
Not spam or promote unrelated products/services
Not share your login credentials with others
Engage constructively in discussions and feedback

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.

8. Disclaimer

Sonic Mentorship provides educational resources for music producers
We do not guarantee any specific results including record deals, label releases, festival bookings, income, or career outcomes
Results depend on individual effort, skill level, creativity, and many external factors beyond our control
Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symbiosis E-com OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in membership fees during the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to your rights under local consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or community announcement. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
